Both platforms grow out of real industrial integration projects — PLC and machine connectivity, barcode and RFID identification, station workflows and ERP-connected transactions. They are not generic business software adapted to the plant; they assume metal, distance, gloves, downtime and shifting production schedules.
UniTrack carries the identification layer — encoding, scanning, gate events and verification — while UniFlow carries the workflow and device runtime that automation lines depend on. Together they shorten the path from survey to commissioning on the kind of projects Orion executes across India.
We do not force every requirement into one product. Orion uses reusable capabilities as a foundation, then adapts interfaces and workflows to the real operating environment.
